Event Pop is a Perth events agency with proven market experience and a strong reputation for working closely with and building the capacity of communities and town teams across WA.
We love collaborating with folks at a grassroots level to bring together eco, fun and socially conscious events and markets.
We provide experience across all areas of events from night markets, street festivals, community fund raisers, operations and applications, grant writing, sponsorship, entertainment and content to passing on knowledge and teaching others.
We embrace a collaborative, creative approach and strive for diversity and making the world a better place, through bringing people together and empowering those around us.
Our work take place throughout the year in neighbourhoods across Perth from artisan markets, night markets, music festivals to street festivals and fund raisers.
Our capability
Event Pop is a company partnership made up by three passionate event professionals, Tracy Frawley, Natasha (Tash) Tay and Jessica Milne.
Founder Tracy Frawley has been working in community events for over 20 years and offers expertise across all areas of events from managing markets, community events, street festivals, grant writing and fundraising, to collaborating with LGA's and Town teams.
Tash has worked closely with Tracy since 2018 assisting with the coordination of markets, vendor management, site planning and bump-in. Tash is super organised and passionate about vendor care. You may see Tash strolling around markets with her puppy dog Nouk.
Jess joined our posse in 2020 working on the Mt Lawley Christmas Festival and we have been working together ever since. Jess dived into event life in 2016 starting her own media company 'Talk Millennial' and has gone from strength to strength now managing street festivals and markets.
Our Team
Our team has been formed over many years of working together and understanding each other's capabilities and strengths.
We are equally passionate about zero waste and eco-friendly practices, whilst supporting local performers, food vendors and artisan markets. We are driven by a strong social conscience.
We also love working with volunteers and interns some of whom have successfully gone on to develop event careers with us and are now valuable members of our team.
